This technique was discovered by VirtualVoid, if you spam evenly desynced iceblocks on a grounded opponent he will be locked there until he reaches the edge. All the opponent can do is DI towards the edge to reach there faster. This can easily be started straight from a grab as seen in the video. If you time it perfectly you can even walk while spamming the iceblocks without breaking the infinite, allowing you to smash them when they reach the edge.
