If you're referring to the fight with Kakuzu, Kakashi killed Kakuzu twice, Shikamaru killed him once, and Naruto killed him twice. I hardly call that single-handed. Naruto did a great job, but Kakuzu was still alive. It was Kakashi's blow that killed him.
