Shifting Sand Land - Stand Tall on The Four Pillars. Get inside the Pyramid, and stand on the little ledge right in front of you. Right before you get to the hole that leads to the Rock Hands boss, push into the wall above the hall. Mario will be pushing while walking on the air. I died several times to show the trick again.
