Feb 10, 2008 - Is this from the Hawaiian ANG F-15 or the one from Tennessee? It's a good thing the F-22's are being produced because the Eagles are getting old.

Feb 21, 2008 - Everyone needs to know about these incidents. Our pilots, who are already in grave danger due to the nature of their missions, deserve to strap themselves into structurally sound machines, that are replaced when necessary. There should be no question that funding should be diverted to the Air Force from other useless branches of gov't spending.

Feb 21, 2008 - Our military needs the best equipment to accomplish their missions. There is no reason for this aircraft to breakup had enough stress tests been accomplished. The pilot is lucky to be alive!! Probably only due to his experience in flying and determination to live!!

Feb 26, 2008 - The F-15, although it isn't a stealth design, is still a top rate fighter aircraft. There is always the possibility of structural aircraft, especially when they have been used for wartime missions for almost three decades. The F-15 in particular is favored by pilots, because it is a highly survivable design. Look into it yourself - they can fly with a wing blown off! The modern fighters we have now are mostly aerodynamically unstable, and it remains to be seen if they can endure such stuff.
