This was Jan,29 HWY 11/17 between Red Rock and Hurkett..5hrs after it stopped snowing,the temp was +2C,I don't think the plows had been out yet.It was warm enough that,if it would have been plowed,and salted.It would've melted in no time,but they did a half ass plow job,and now it's -30C and it frozen rock hard on the HWY..Very smart!!
